Did some baby backs on the Weber today over charcoal and apple wood. I went with four hours without foil and then one hour with foil. No foil pan today. I rubbed them in mustard and Tony's at the beginning, spritzed them with apple cider vinegar at the two hour mark, and then sauced them with The Shed Southern Sweet when I wrapped them at the four hour mark. The wife is out of town today so I had these ribs all to myself. No sides. Just stood around the kitchen with a plate of ribs and a Yeti of sweet tea. I'm stuffed.
