I just never thought they sounded all that great. Boy was I wrong. Maybe tied with jambalaya stuffed peppers for my favorite appetizer off the smoker.

Made mine with chopped banana peppers, sharp white cheddar, and Colby Jack mixed into the cream cheese. Absolutely delicious.

Also fired up the other side of the pellet smoker to roast some chicken and veggies for pot pies. Gearing up for winter early I guess. One of our favorite meals period.

Huge fan of pig shots... never would've thought to combine those extra ingredients with the cream cheese...

Gotta love some pig shots. Never heard of them made that way but they sound and look delicious.
