Smoking today at 350 till about 130 or so and resting while the Brussel sprouts and stuffed mushrooms finish. Probably cut some relatively thin slices for lunch ten after it cools get out the slicer for sandwich thin slicing.

IT went to 140 during the rest, but I think the probe was in a thinner part. This is the first slice picture.

Yes! Found these at Winn Dixie too and they are really good! Had them many times now and love them every time. 😀

Is it just me, or does anyone else like sirloin well done with lots of A1? Ironically I like my ribeye's and filet mignon rare to med-rare without A1. The ribeyes get a rub and grilled, the filet's get pan seared and topped with a wine reduction.

Not exactly that, but when I was growing up a lady at church would sometimes bring way overcooked hamburger steak patties with onions and A-1 in the gravy. Theoretically this is a bad dish, but I'd probably still enjoy it today because of the memories

My parents always bought cheap sirloin steaks and cooked them till they were cardboard. The best thing about them was how well they soaked up the A1. Have you ever tried to dip a perfectly cooked juicy med-rare steak in A1? It just drips off!

Love me some A-1 too! Ann, the memories of hamburger steak and onions with A-1 brings me back to childhood. Couldn't afford sirloin. I remember a place in Oxford MS when I was there, Mistila's. Plate size hamburger steak with grilled onions and cheese piled on top. Outstanding!
