Hey guys! It's been a while. Hope everything is going good with everyone. Had a minute to sit down and throw some pictures up of what we have and are still up to. I hesitate to post a lot because most of it is really boring. That is the one constant I have found in this BBQ gig we have going. Buy meat, smoke meat, transport meat, sell meat, rinse and repeat. Over and Over. Great problem to have though. We are still at out Farmer's Market most Sundays and have a pretty loyal crowd there that buys by the pound. We have also picked up set days at some local breweries that have really been awesome. And we have moved our way up from being the little guy getting left over days to being able to pick and choose what days we want to be where. I like that position much better. We are still grinding it with the pop up tent and going really slow not having any debt. I think we will actually spend some money and get a truck this Fall/Winter to be able to keep doing the lunches at various places. But that will be paid in cash also so I am sure there will be a lot of work to do on it lol. Always feel free to shoot me a question or email. Not that I would no the right answer but we have probably done it wrong so we could tell you what not to do. Enjoy the pics!

I like the pace and no debt :thumb: once you add debt it turns into work.

Looks like you are doing well and doing it your way,,not much more you can ask for. Debt is a four letter word, probably the worst four letter word out there, so if you can avoid it you are much better off.
Keep on enjoying

Congrats. Agreed with everyone one ^^^^

Debt is the worse and should be avoided if all possible.

:-D so happy for you and your crew.

Pictures and the brief update are great. Very happy that you guys continue to enjoy success!

Food looks delicious. I'm curious along the MadMan lines... what are your best sellers (does venue matter)?

UDS. And they have 2 or 3 plus a oil tank offset trailer smoker for bigger gigs.
