Prepped a couple Ribeyes for tonight's dinner, as well as a spatched chicken for use in lunch salads the next couple days. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus, roasted spaghetti squash, and crab cakes will round out the dinner menu. Will post updates as things go along.

Ribeyes were here rubbed down with Schwarz's, while the chicken was treated with some John Henry's Texas Chicken Tickler I received in the swap over on eggheadforum.com.

Mike,
How is John Harry's Texas bird rub ?

Enrico,

This is my first time using John Henry's rub. I'll let you know what I think when it comes off the Egg.
