Sorry only have one picture. Marinaded a london broil all day in Worcestershire, ACV, A-1 and Montreal steak seasoning.

Cooked over an open fire to an IT temp of 130. Roasted potatoes, carrots and onions with Scarborough Fair in the oven at 425 degrees.

Quick and easy meal with lots of great flavors. Put a little horseradish on the beef while eating.

Heck yeah! Some nice simple, bold flavors there. Thin slices definitely the way to eat London Broil. Horseradish always delivers.

Cooked over a fire with my santa maria grill. I started with Kingsford then put cherry wood on top.
