A most Generous Gift from Ralph In New Zealand.
Longwayfromhome on here.
I can see some great experiments in my near future.
The white Alabama sauce has been a major hit so far.
I am exited and Humbled Ralph.
Thank you very much

Good on Ralph. Now you have something to read beside the internet.

You never mentioned the flat cat that i sent you... :noidea:

I have Lilly's book. The pork shoulder and the Memphis ribs are both good recipes. I need to try more.

I also have Lang's book, but to be honest, I have never cracked the cover. Guess I better get off of my lazy butt and do some reading.

Have fun with your new books.

I tried blowing up the Cat and my wife walked in on me,
She hasn't spoken for a few weeks:doh:

That's great! Both of these books are on my Amazon list to purchase. Can't wait to see some cooks with the recipes!

Adam Perry Lang book is terrific. I've been impressed with the recipes and flavors. The Spatch Bird was best I've ever cooked.... Enjoy it!

Those books are great! The Chris Lilly book is my go-to. So many great and varied recipes in there and they've all turned out very well. I like the APL book as well, but that's for days when I have a lot of time to really geek out on a recipe - his stuff can get a little elaborate, but the results are farking delicous.

Nice work y'all - I love it when this stuff happens! :clap2:

Forgot to say don't skip over the side dishes in the BBG book! Great stuff - the sweet potatoes with pecan maple butter, roast veggies, etc. are very good.
