There's a lot of burger variations out there called 'The Big Pig', so here's mine and I have to say I was very happy with the finished result!

I initially thought about grilling the apple but decided not to. I definitely wouldn't hurt, depending on what you're looking for in the finished burger. I wanted that nice sweet tart crisp contrast to the salty bacon and fatty pork. Grilling it would take that 'punch' away, but would still give a good flavor. Thanks for watching!
