July 4th cook: keeping it simple

Good morning all, and Happy July 4!

My kids are off with friends today so it is just the Incomparable Sunflower and I for dinner today. We decided to keep it very simple. I have some good ground chuck, and access to a pretty good store deli. I will be grilling burgers and asparagus (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=232975) and serving it with deli potato salad.

After the Famous dave's incident, my lovely wife will not eat coleslaw.....
