Hey everyone. On my last gasser cook I was told to try grilling my potato wedges. I had half a bag left in the freezer and some hamburger left that had to be cooked today!

Fired the gasser up made Carne Crosta burgers (Love this stuff on burgers) and Seasoned potato wedges! I'll say this, I'll never look at burgers and fries the same way again! This changes everything when it comes to fries!

I promise my next cook isn't burgers and also not on the gasser! Well I can't promise no gas! I highly recommend grilling fries/tater wedges! They crisped up real nice!

Sounds like a plan. People suggested a basket but I was convinced I didn't need one because of the style of grill grates I have. This morning I was dying to try it out to make sure I wasn't talking bull crap LOL. Worked great, only flaw I had with it was when the small potato's got stuck in the crack. So I guess a basket would of been pretty handy for smaller pieces.

Bet grilled taters would be good on an open fire from the offset! I wanted to build a grilling surface for my offset but chose not to.
