Showing off my balls....

A few weeks ago I made a batch of MOINKs for a company bbq... I made about 125 MOINKs. My mastertouch can't handle that much balls at once so I was smoking all evening / night.

Lucky for my I had some cabbage, mushrooms, bacon and patatoes left so I could make me a midnight meal.

Pics or it didn't happen (oh the first image is not just for the MOINK but for the entire company bbq)...

yeah...

I was in charge of all meat and condiments... Served up various sauces...

- Homemade Smoked Whiskey BBQ
- Maple/Mustard sauce (mayo based)
- Lemonly Light (mayo/yogurt based)
- Smoked Garlic (mayo/yogurt based)

For your general info: the "meat" I served:

- Spiff Burgers (recipy of his highness Spiff)
- DanBras Saté Ajam (recipy of another dutch Q-er: DanBras)
- MOINK
- Surf 'n' Turf (skewers of rumpsteak and king prawn)
- Jack'ed Maple Mustard Ham (Ham glazed with Jack D/Maple Syrup and mustard)
