So I asked him to put it to work on Shrimp/Scallop veggie kabobs. He made up some rib eye ones too. They turned out good, but nearly got divorced putting those 6 skewers in the right slots and keeping them aligned. Tom said we needed 8 hands. I think he needed a bit more patience::tape:.

This is how we got started

I soaked the shrimp and scallops in apple juice, avocado lemon oil, lime, SPG, and added veggies.

Put together the skewers, not easy... But Tom did a great job of turning them. Cooked indirect over Royal Oak Lump and a couple pear chunks.

Tom's Beef kabobs looked great

Served it on a bed of spinach linguine with trader-joe's lobster raviloi in alfredo and shredded Parmesan, watermelon goes good with kabobs.
