It's beautiful out now............but will be pouring rain in about 8 hours. Time for some bones! :-D

I normally cook turbo ribs on my Egg, but I'm switching up and trying the Aaron Franklin method I watched on a PBS video: 2 hours at 275 with some spritzing, sauce and set for about 15 minutes, and 2 hours foiled.

I'm using apple and pecan chunks for smoke and my back yard smells great!
