Doing 35 butts this morning to raise money for a couple in need. Smoke started rolling around 430. Cooking on 3 wsms, a Humphreys pint, and an rf offset.

Wish me luck :loco:

Thanks. I tend to over plan things. Much the opposite of my wife who likes to wing it

4 are on the 18 wsm, 6 in each 22 wsm, 11 in the pint, and 7 on the rf offset. (could have fit 12 in the pint but didn't want to have the tel tru poking into it)

Could have fit more on the offset but it's not mine and I have no idea how to run a stick burner.

Wsms and Humphreys are chugging along great. The offset is a learning process but I finally got it up past 210-225. Trying to cook them all around 250 give or take

Sold them all whole so no pulling involved :clap2:

Pic of the offset (not mine). Was a regular offset that he converted to a reverse flow. Hence the two stacks

Great color from the Humphreys and killer hogs rub.

Should have them all wrapped within a couple hours

After a long day of smoking the butts are resting comfortably.

Thanks for looking!
