I'm the VP of our counties pork producers association where we do a lot of grilling events. I'm designing a new grill and want multi function since some of the members have no clue how to run charcoal. I was thinking of a large charcoal grill (5'x3' roughly) but somehow fabbing a removeable gas grill insert that would fit for times I'm not around. I have some ideas to make it work but wanted to see if anyone had any experience or tips to help me avoid too many challenges. Thanks!

Mine does not have the gas inserts, but I love the grill. Such a versatile cooker with so many options.
He also has a pellet attachment in another video. They do all kinds of custom work.
