Not too bad, started a 8lb pork butt last night, tuned the UDS to 230 degrees and it ran that way till morn. Took just shy of 12 hrs to hit the 195 mark.
Could hardly contain myself from rearing into it right off the cooker. Wrapped in foil in the cooler now. Lunch can't get here fast enough!
