Loaded up and purring. Flash grilled all sides of the tri tip. Now offset.

I love tri tip. I'm actually surprised at how much I see posted here from around the country. Tri tip is kind of a California popular cut.

I am surrounded by 15,000,000 cows :-))

It's just the wife and I so when I cook one of the 3-4# tri tips, we'll eat a couple meals then I'll chop and mix with chopped brisket and ground sirloin for chili. It's kind of a special treat.
