Chicken on the WSM for Easter!

Thanks, forgot to mention that I cooked this without a water pan. I was cooking at 300ish.

I had to make due with some Beer can chicken seasoning! I'm out of yardbird, and out of oakridge gamebird+chicken. We don't like secret weapon on chicken. Secret weapon is great on pork and beef tho IMO.

Looks good I'll use some Tony's for seasoning if I want a little kick, I always have that in the spice cabinet.
