It's a Easter feast!

We had twice smoked ham, smoked meatloaf in muffin tin, Japanese sweet potatoe n egg salad with home made pickled jalapeños (show stopper...full on winning dish by the wife), green bean casarole with homemade all including the shoestring onions.

The only pic I have though is of the naked fatty I threw on since the PBC was still rolling!

Happy Easter. Sounds like a great meal was had by all and the fatty looks like it's doing nicely in the pic!
