London broil was on sale at the grocery store this morning for 1.39/lb. that's dirt cheap around here. I got one and marinated with equal parts of soy sauce and vegetable oil, alittle lemon juice and lots of fresh parsley. Fired up the new jumbo Joe with grill grates . Also made some roasted potatoes in the oven, which were fantastic. They got 3TS of oil,1 TS of worse sauce then fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cooked them at 375 for about 45mins. Enjoy

Wow, looks great - and what a score at $1.39/pound. I'd buy 100lbs for jerky at that price!

Perfectly cooked London Broil. We buy it every time it goes on sale but it's never been that cheap down here. I'd be inclined to buy a dozen of them if the price got that low.

It's been quite a while for me as well since I did a London but cooked med-rare and sliced super thin, I remember it was really, really tasty. Gotta give it another try again. Yours look fantastic.

Bam! That all looks Mighty Fine! That London Broil looks a lot like what we call a Flat Iron down here. Any meat experts know? Your cook looks Great regardless.
