Anybody else love Tri-Tip? One of my favs, however if it's food it's a favorite !

Yes, I love tri-tip, I use my favorite beef rub and usually do a reverse sear. I also slice the leftovers thinly and serve as a cold cut the next day, great on sandwiches or bread rolls. I've also been know to mince it and make sausages!

Love Tri Tip, I used to cook it almost once a week until my wife told me to stop

Love Tri-Tip, the wife, she's ok with it the first meal. She likes a little more medium, so she gets the slices from the small end and I take the slices as it gets larger and a little more rare. The next day, I thinly slice it for sandwiches and it is almost as good cold as it is off the grill.
