krogers has choice rib eye $5.99lb. called my local store an asked my friend the meat mgr. if i could get a couple of whole racks his reply love to but i don`t halve them the warehouse sent out e-mail that they underestimated the demand and he didn`t get the 4 cases he ordered will call me tomorrow if he dosen`t i am going to ask for a rain check called SAM`S they want $7.78lb. for choice CBA :icon_smile_tongue::icon_smile_tongue::icon_smile_ tongue::icon_smile_tongue:

My Sams gives me a cheaper price for a cryovac primal. It is even cheaper if I buy a case of 4.

I saw the same price here in the sales paper Wednesday, then I went to Sam's and they had whole boneless ribeye for $6.98 and boneless ribeye steaks for $6.97. I bought the steaks since I could check the marbling on them.

My local store didn't have this sale and wouldn't honor the price but another store about 60 miles from the house had plenty of these loins on sale.
