Mesquite Smoked Buffalo Wings

Tried some buffalo wings on the Karubacue. Smoked with mesquite. They came out good. The KBQ tames the mesquite. It might be my new go-to wood. It's cheap and easy to find in Texas.

I've been using mesquite quite a bit lately. Started with a half cord for the fireplace. Burns hot and clean.
