I have never really baked anything on the Jambo so I said what the heck and bought some box cake mix and brownie mix from the store.

First I has to thaw the smoker since the cover blew off...

No smoke taste on the food. The family loved the cake and brownies. The results were outstanding with moist and perfectly cooked deserts. Muuch more baking to come!!!

Thanks for looking

That is awesome! I've never tried baking (on a grill). I'm surprised no smoke taste!

Look's fantastic! The last dessert I did in the smoker I think was peach cobbler....Time for some cake!

We have baked several cakes in our Eggs. They always come out very moist. Wife decided she wanted a cake today but I wasn't here to get the Egg running......she baked it inside....just ain't the same...

Nice looking desserts. How is it that there is no smoke flavor?

Thanks! I ran a clean and hot fire and it only cooked for 20 min. I expected some sort of smoke flavor but it was not present.

Nice! My misses has done a lot of baking on my smokers. Works quite well. Smoked cheesecakes for over 2hrs and no smoker flavor.
