Spicy Ribeye and shiitake udon.

Had so much fun last night I had to do it again. I love this burner. Wok was so farking hot.. Instant char.

Some crispy strips of ribeye, asparagus, onions, shiitakes, garlic, chilis, ginger, and a savory sauce I made up. I wish I would have written the sauce down, as it was a spectacular meal. And really blazing spicy.

Yea, I'm pretty sure its just going to sit in the yard collecting dust... :laugh:

I set it up on our screened in porch, just off the back door. Its so much easier to use than starting up a whole chimney of coals, I can see using this thing all the time.
