My new year is starting off exceptionally well - I won a $250 gift card for Snake River Farms! :becky: Now I need your help brethren; what to buy? I'd like to try a mix of beef and pork but I haven't a clue what cuts, it all looks so good! Anybody try one of the collections? The pork collar looks interesting. All suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
WOW! That's a great win! Have fun shopping.

Now I know what happened to my gift card 8)
We have cooked both a "Gold" and a "Black" label brisket and loved them both.
The Gold was so "rich" that the flat was better marbled that any point, including prime and Australian Wagyu, that I have cooked.
A couple of family members found it almost too fatty--a matter of taste.
We love the Hams and have gotten 3 of them.
The "Mini Karver" is very pricey per pound, the the per-pound cost gets more reasonable with the 1/2 and full hams.
We have 2 loins in the refridge defrosting and they look great with a lot of marbling for a loin.
We tried their beef franks and, frankly, were not impressed for the price.
Great Eats!

Wagyu Beef - What ever cut you prefer
For us it was the Ribeye roast and we cut it into steaks
Call Shane or Annela and they will hook you Brethren Style!

I wouldn't get any pork. There is a much bigger difference in upper class beef. As others have said, I would go with a Wagyu brisket and ribeyes.
Enjoy!

I won one awhile back and called them. Anna was very helpful. They are a great company with great people.
