Opened my boneless leg of lamb seasoned the interior & planned on re rolling with cooking twine.
Couldn't find, I'd rather have a root canal than go to store !
Well got out the bailing wire got it wrapped & seasoned to sit overnight .

I have a bunch of 0.060 stainless safety wire leftover from wiring nuts on critical boots (helped build a kit airplane & R22 helicopter) that I keep with my BBQ stuff. Comes in handy for just this kind of dilemma.
