So I tried a pork sirloin roast. Rubbed it down with a few random bottles that were almost gone. Gotta say, it was pretty good. Cooked it until 140* in the center, 142* towards the outside. Took two hours at 275*. Very juicy, not much flavor because it's pretty lean, but the bark more than made up for it. The bone is a PITA, hard to cut nice pretty slices, but no big deal. Took the advice of others and sliced it thin for sammies for leftovers.

Your roast looks perfectly cooked. Nice job!
I cooked a couple of those the other night as well.
Mine were enhanced with "up to 10% solution of...". They were good, but I wonder how they would have been with out the solution.
Mine were rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Chicken an Pork.

Too easy. And of course the people who ate it were more than happy with the outcome. If they only knew...haha.
