If you like standing in a 42 degree river with a 29-35 degree air temp for five days --7-8 hours per day dry fly fishing--catch and release--you need a good bowl of beans. Spare ribs+flap meat, smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork, green chile, bean spice and of course Anasazi beans.

Oooo, I've heard it is very cold in the San Juan this time of year, nice beans though. I'd want a thermos of those coming off the river

I never catch anything worth of note. So beans sounds good.

Anasazi beans sound delicious, and reminds me of Nankoweap in Grand Canyon.

Catch and release? :biggrin1:
Sounds like a great week Adams. Those anasazi's are my favorites, looks mighty fine!

I know that exact spot...making me homesick.

Thanks!
