To start smoking cheese! Anybody fired up their cold smokers? Too hot here in Texas to start but I'm getting prepped. I want to smoke some cheese with oak. I normally buy chips but is there a way to get chips from my splits? Thanks guys!

I still need to try cold smoking. Haven't given it a whirl yet...........

It's awesome. Very easy to do and really good outcomes. Any tips guys?

Just thought about getting mine going because the outside temps are PERFECT.

Just fired up my AMNPS yesterday! Smoked 6 nice blocks of assorted cheeses. Put about 6 hours of smoke on them and got a real nice color and smell.
