Ok, one more for today

Pigs in Hell:

Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
Bacon
Garlic (minced)
Little Smokies Sausages



Cut and gut the Jalapenos

In a bowl mix softened cream cheese, shredded colby-jack cheese, minced garlic

Put some of the cheese mixture in the bottom of the Jalapeno, then put a sausage in

Top off with more of the cheese mixture

Wrap in Bacon goodness

Make sure you make enough for your sized crowd

I was bacon challenged on these, I only had thick cut, normally I use a thin cut bacon and it makes a beautiful "shell" around the peppers!

I will try this. I make cream cheese poppers alot, but never tried with a lil smokie... These look great.
