Something in an email exchange with one of my buds prompted me to share with him my new Jambo Backyard would be ready in mid-December and that we should make a road trip to pick it up! To my delight, he let me know he was looking at a project parts car in the DFW area and that we should go. Yes!!!

So, round 5 am (he said 4 am...I'm thinkin we are going to amend that.) Friday morning we will be headed up to pick her up!

I'm building a fair collection of smokers, lol. Really want to cook and learn about the ever-popular Jambo. I'll build a big offest down the way, and want to learn a ton on the way to that.

I'm pumped! Just printed out the TMBBQ.com lists for the cities we are passing through, so I can plan our BBQ stops along the way.
