Thanks to all the Brethren here, I've still been grillin'/smokin' but scored on craigslist with a brand new Weber Master Touch 22 for 85 bucks. Upgrading from my ebay special 18".
I finally brought out the Big Beefy American Wagyu Ribs from SRF and dove in with the same procedures as Landarc. He wasn't kidding. These are HUGE! They barely fit on my new grill. I set it up "fuse" method, 3-3-3 with some moist oak chips, and a little bit of cherry chips. SPOG and a little more SPG at 2 1/2 hours in. Was able to maintain 250 to 300 for 5 1/2 hours. Was able to make the family very happy. But dang this beef was rich!(double pun)

Wow, the quality on those ribs is superb. Not that I'd expect anything else from SRF, but it makes the Choice shorties I cooked over the weekend look cheap

Those SRF shorties are incredible, and it looks like you did those proud - nice work!

Those look great! looks like SRF puts out some nice whole plate beefies. The marbling looks real nice, I'm sure they were nice and tender.
