I took advantage of the nice day here yesterday and smoked a couple of racks of baby backs and a beef roast. The beef was rubbed in black ops. Ran the pit at ~275 with some hickory and pecan for smoke

On my performer I tried my hand at some Au Gratin potatoes, I substituted a celeriac for one of the potatoes, next time I'll use two. Added a little cherry for it, but it didn't pick up much smoke

The au gratin was fantastic but I over cooked the ribs some, They were fall off the bone tender which MrsAkoda likes :)
