Double Smoked Ham

With the Christmas Season upon us, I've been getting many request for the Dr. Chicken's Double Smoked Ham with the Sweet Kiss of Death Injectable Marinade recipe. For those who have never seen this recipe or tried it, let me just say I have been cooking ham this way for 11 years now and cannot imagine cooking a ham any other way. It is that good! Again, my many thanks to Jim Minion for this recipe.

Yes it is. And as Jim Minion points out in the beginning of the post, I too found out that it works best as any double smoked ham would with a full shank ham.
