View Full Version : How to make a sunny, 65F day in Texas even better

With Oakridge dominator and Sucklebusters chicken wing bbq seasoning of course.
Cooked at high heat on pecan wood, threw the wings on the last hour.
Used garlic parmesan and classic hot to baste the wings 50/50.
I butchered the ribs because despite all the videos and how-to pages, I can't cut to st.louis style.
