Mmmm...looks great! I did first one this weekend as well. Even my very picky son loved it. Did you treat it like a pork butt and wrap till could be pulled?

I did wrap it, but sliced it. It could have went a little longer but was trying to get dinner done since it's a school night. Next time I'll definitely let it cool until it's a little more tender but I was very please with the flavor.
