I just received my first SRF black brisket, it was not completely frozen and I don't really want to cook it for a few weeks, can I put it back in the freezer without impact?

Why not just put it in the meat fridge and let it wet age 'til you cook it.?

I refrozen after some googling, the core was still hard. I have a SRF prime rib to cook in a couple of weeks which is why I didn't want to do it soon. These are aged before SRF freezes anyway, I would be afraid to age more. either way thanks for the responses.
