24lb Butterball, dry brined and seasoned. Smoked in my trusty seven year old drum. Perfecto!

With the use of my Guru, I worked the drum up to 350'ish for about 5 5-1/2hrs. I dont usually run my drum that high. Basted with butta at end of the cook.

Also, apple wood and the dry brine, in my experience, will provide that type of color. Butter adds to the sheen.
