Randy asked me tonight if I wanted to try a small hog on my 075 for Thanksgiving. He has a small hog that needs to be butchered that will weigh about 20-30 lbs dressed.
We have a good injection and process for our 90-100lb hogs we do for comp, but I'm looking for something different. Have done some searches here but haven't come up with much. Any recipe suggestions for this little piggy?
