Started with some ground round and added onions and hatch chile peppers. Put it on the mini kamado at 250 for about 2 hours.

Did some more smoked deviled eggs that I tried over the weekend:

My first smoked meatloaf. Was almost to the point of being overdone but had good smoke flavor. Will definitely try again, maybe on the offset next time when its not rainy.

What was the process for the smoked deviled eggs? Do you have a thread I can reference?

It is a Steven Raichlen recipe:

Did I miss the part where Raichlen actually smoked the deviled eggs?

Looks good, doubt3 - meatloaf works well on the smoker and can be used in so many ways. I may just have to try smoked deviled eggs some day!

I love deviled eggs so I know the smoked ones have to be amazing. Thanks for the tip.

I did some smoked deviled eggs a while back and the wife said she will make hers also since the boys love them so much. we both did a dozen eggs and the only left overs were her's.
