Saw this online and wanted to try it. Never done a pork sirloin roast, so found 2 at HEB and away I went.
Marinated in teriyaki sauce all night and then rubbed one with a sweet rub and one with a sweet and salty rub. See which one tastes better, if either!
On the smoker now.....
