Hi Gang, My Applewood supplier has run out of Larger cut logs and our big smoker, a Cadillac Cookers 4872 uses quite a bit every day! I also have a Smokin Tex 1500cxdl in my commissary under the hood that uses quite a bit doing 2-3 cooks a day!
I'm looking for a consistant source of Apple and Oak or White oak in RI, Southern/Western Mass! I use a Large Apple box, about a cord every 2 weeks!
Please jump in with any viable suggestions, have Trailer, will travel!!
