Went to the store to get some steak and saw some really nice ones. Picked up a dry age prime rib eye and NY Strip, and a prime filet. Got the Egg with grill grates screaming hot- used lump. Bruised each steak with olive oil and pit kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. The rib eye and strip got 5 min and the filet needed 7 min. Here is 1/2 my rib eye plated with shrooms, finger potatoes, and grilled romaine with blue cheese crumbles. It was better than good. Everyone really liked their steak. Sorry only one pic
