There were two Tri Tips butcher weighed both and put sticker on one. 6.98#. Cows in shoot and butchered in back, trimmed in the middle and in the freezer case out front. Total bill was 68$

It's pretty cool operation. Obviously they won't allow you watch the kill floor but once animal is prepped you can watch butchers work their knife magic through an observation window/area

Maple Blueberry Pork Sausage!? - I'm sure it's tasty, but I can't wrap my mind around the flavor... sounds like I've just finished a plate of blueberry pancakes and I'm cleaning up the syrup with a sausage link.

Glad you're feeling better.

Exactly. My wife eats a ton of berries, blue being her favorite. Honestly- blueberry pancakes and or waffles with these are a bit much to me. But it makes her smile and one of the few meals I don't cook. Being served is pretty nice.

Going for an 18 hour marinade on Tri tip #1. Fresh garlic, fresh pepper, a tad of mustard, some oil and worchestishire--squished the air out of the bag and zipped her up. In the bottom of the beer fridge.
