What paper towels do you like best to wipe down your griddle with?
The ones I am using now is leaving some paper fuzzies.

Was also wondering how high of a temp setting do you cook your eggs at?

I just done my seasoning today and cooked some burgers, onions and bacon tonight. :thumb:
Next up breakfast cook on Sunday.

Thanks Yakdung I will pick up a few rolls tomorrow.
I'm liking the Blackstone so far. I have the 36 and the amount of room it has is pretty nice.
I did stick a couple washers under the end of the griddle opposite the drain so the grease would flow towards the drain a little better.

I tried several different paper towels and came up with paper fuzzies on my grill so I gave up and bought a bunch of cheap hand towels at Dollar Tree. They work real well and I get several uses and washes before I toss them.

I don't like crunchy edges on my eggs so I cook them on medium.

I a great tip here. I use an old towel to clean the grill top, wash in the sink with hot soapy water and throw into the washer with the laundry. Comes out very clean for reuse.
