Pulled. Definitely the best shoulder I have done. Some of the best I have eaten. Very proud of this one. Thanks to my brethren for all the tips and advice!

and yes, I did burn a boat load of charcoal.

I will start having to work on my presentation/pictures. The finished photos don't do it justice. It was SO GOOD!

That Cajun injector is some good stuff. Your cook looks Great!

How cold was it? Looks like the Future Pitmaster is bundled up well.

It was about 55* F

A bit overkill, but eh no biggie

It looks delicious, and you can whip that young future pitmaster into shape!
I think Aawa places his meats in the middle of the ring or snake
and leaves his vents wide open. Rotates the top as the ring moves around.
What happened, start w/ too many coals? (or lighter fluid???)
Anyway, looks like success.

Well, it didn't get up to temp right away so I just loaded it up. Way too much charcoal but I will figure it out. Practice makes perfect. ;)
