made a few meals over the last few days on the new cooker, love this thing. Been keeping it at about 450-500 with a few skinny splits.

Grilled bacon and chicken for chicken club sandwiches

Looking good! Conecuh rocks, Paul turned me on to it and come to find out a Publix in Ocala routinely stocks it.

Too bad all the cool names were taken like Double-O-Seven and you're stuck with super grill. ;)

Dave those air bake type pans work really well. I use that one called charcoal companion and really like it.

haha i havent tried yet...ive only been putting in sticks less than the diameter of bottle..about 2 at a time and it sits at 500ish.

I want to see the finished chicken club sandwiches. The version I like is the double decker version. mmmmm that sounds really good.
