The weather turned very Seattle today and that combined with the entries I'm seeing in the Asian BBQ TD: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=218413 has me in the mood for Ramen using some of the pork belly I have in the fridge. I have Ramen broth in the freezer and the veg I need in the fridge, however; I'll only have about 2 hours once I get home to cook the belly so this rules out a wet marinade and long smoke.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do a quick asian style pork belly preparation in under 2 hours? I've got a pressure cooker that I can call into service, as well as a very well stocked spice cabinet and asian condiment section of the fridge.

Ready and go!

Oh, I was gonna tell you that the Japanese and Chinese roast pork belly very fast, and quite hot. But, good luck on the cook!
