Learn the cuts and the tricks - here's a
small rib roast from a deer I cut myself. I butcher all my deer, others as well. Sawsall and SHARP knives is all you need.

-on a weber maybe 15 minutes? 120 internal.

I just came back in from topping of my feeder and I see this I cave mine into steaks too... Same tool bag.

Nice.
I bone out all my deer, I can get them done, from shot to finish in about a half hour with just a knife and a handful of game bags. Walking out a deer is lots easier then dragging the darn things, and all the unwanted parts are left for the coyotes.
